I studied law in Bonn. After practicing law from 1997 to 2000, I began my career as Human Resources Director in 2001. For more than 20 years I was responsible for the human resources departments of companies in the following businesses:
• TEXTILE / CLOTHING (JIL SANDER / PRADA GROUP) (JIL SANDER / PRADA GRUPPE)
• MEDIA / PUBLISHING (BERLINER VERLAG & BAUER MEDIA GROUP) (BERLINER VERLAG & BAUER MEDIA GROUP)
• FOOD / CONSUMER GOODS (SCHWARTAUER WERKE / HERO GROUP & REEMTSMA) (SCHWARTAUER WERKE / HERO GRUPPE & REEMTSMA)
• MECHANICAL ENGINEERING / FIRE PROTECTION (MINIMAX / VIKING GROUP) (MINIMAX / VIKING GRUPPE)
During my more than 20 years as an HR Director, I was mainly responsible for advising the management and for the cooperation with the works councils and trade unions.
I speak German, English and Italian.
