As a Human Resources Director for over 20 years, I represented the interests of companies of various sizes and industries. I therefore know what is important in negotiations and in practice when resolving conflicts.

With this extensive experience in industry - from German family-owned companies to international corporations - my strengths lie in providing you with comprehensive professional advice.

I am often called the "diplomat", which describes my mediating style. However, I have mastered different styles and am also experienced in conflicts, should this be necessary.

FIELDS OF LAW

ADVISING EMPLOYEES (M/F/D) ON INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT LAW (CONTRACT DRAFTING, TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS):

  • You are in contract negotiations for a new position or employment and are looking for a professional advisor?

  • You are presented with a new employment contract to replace your current one, which is "uncritical" to sign?

  • Your employer offers you a termination agreement and you don't know how to respond?

  • You are being given notice of termination?

I will advise you on how you should behave in such situations. To do this, we will discuss what is important to you and what you want to achieve. I have represented companies for over 20 years and therefore know what is important in terms of content and tactics when it comes to these issues.

ADVISING COMPANIES ON LABOR, WORKS CONSTITUTION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING LAW:

  • You are planning personnel changes and want to make sure that you do everything right vis-à-vis the authorities, the works council or the trade union?

  • You are presented with a works agreement by the works council and are considering your options?

  • a trade union proposes an in-house collective agreement and you are thinking about what to do?

I have been responsible for working with works councils and trade unions on the corporate side for over 20 years and can advise you on what options are available, what advantages and disadvantages they have and which path is most advantageous for you. There is no "standard procedure" for this, it depends on your individual situation and your goals.

CAREER AND QUALIFICATIONS

During my more than 20 years as an HR Director, I was mainly responsible for advising the management and for the cooperation with the works councils and trade unions.

I speak German, English and Italian.
